Morgenmantel Sew-Along Teil 1 und 2. Als ich bei Muriel gelesen hatte, dass sie einen Morgenmantel Sew-Along veranstaltet, dachte ich, der kommt ja wie gerufen. Allerdings hatte ich zunächst keinen Stoff und dann habe ich es verpasst, mich zum ersten Teil zu verlinken, also klinke ich mich heute etwas verspätet ein. Da wollen wir jetzt öfter hin. Nun ja, da ist eine Neuanschaffung vielleicht kein übereilter Schritt. Ein weiterer Plan ist, einen echten Morgenmantel zu nähe.

Für mich sah das ganze auf den ersten Blick ganz gut aus. Das Boot schwamm ohne weiteres selbstständig im Wasser. Herr Feuerdörfer stand vor dem Mast und hatte den Baum dabei. Der Baum ist das Teil welches man dauernd vor den Kopf bekommt. Angeblich wurde der Baum von den Herstellern ohnmachtssicherer Schwimmwesten erfunden.
